Behavioural Adaptations
Behavioral adaptations is a character of an organism's habit, actions or way of life that helps it survive. Example: The spinifex hopping mouse only comes out at night when the air has cooled, so that it doesn't lose water and dehydrate. The mouse avoids heat of the day by staying in its burrow. A burrow is a lot cooler and the air there is humid, with lots of moisture in the air. This helps to slow the evaporation of moisture from the mouse.
